RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your purchase! If you do need to return or exchange, requests are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund and within 15-30 days for store credit. Items can only be returned or exchanged if they have not been worn/washed and must have all tags attached and be in original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale merchandise. Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Upon receipt, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment if return is received within 14 days of receipt of the original order.

We recommend that you choose a shipping service that allows you to track your package. Foundation cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available.
EXCHANGES
Please contact 971-393-7686 to assist you with your exchange. We will place a new order and waive your shipping and handling fees for the new merchandise.
HAIR SERVICES
At Salon BECK we strive to provide exceptional services to our valued customers. We want you to be satisfied with your experience at our salon. However, due to the nature of the services we offer, we have a strict "No Returns" policy for services rendered. Once a service has been provided, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Hair and Extension Service Refund POLICY
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee discussed in persona at your consultation and at the time of scheduling your appointment. Extensions appointments: A 50% deposit of the total cost of the hair extension service is required at the time of booking the appointment., The deposits for Greatlengths Hair Extension services are non-refundable. Once the appointment is booked, this is a verbal understanding and confirmation by the client and the stylist that hair supplies are paid for and will be ordered from the supplier post the clients payment, There are no refunds for the deposit after the deposit is paid.
We do not give any extension hair to the client post their service, The client is agreeable to pay for a “look” and not a set of hair. Salon Beck and it’s owner are not liable to relinquish the assets to the client if they do not render their service,
For the avoidance of doubt, deposits an are not refundable at Salon BECK or by Katie Edgier Hairstylist for any reason.
