Who Am I?
I’m Katie Becker. I’ve been doing hair for 12 years. I opened my salon doors in 2021 (yes, I’m crazy for opening a salon in downtown Portland during the pandemic, haha). I am a 31 year old millennial woman who loves a life of luxury. I am a Taurus and I love nice things AND nice hair!

A lot of my clients I have been seeing for years— some of them 7-10 years. I love to spoil my clients and make them feel amazing and special and I love developing a relationship that transcends a basic hair appointment. I always keep things professional but I love to hear about your life and celebrate the little things that make life so sweet with you!
One thing to know about me before choosing me as your stylist: I’m a busy woman who has ADD and so when I’m with clients and friends outside of work, my full attention is going to be that. I’ve been notorious for poor communication via text and my personal phone which is why I have an AMAZING reception staff who will be available to schedule/move appointments and communicate with you in between seeing me. My focus is on giving you an A++ hair experience.

Customized Signature blonding service
This blonding service is designed to address your entire head, for a complete color transformation or refreshment of your existing blonde with whichever blonding technique we deem necessary to achieve your desired result based on our thorough consultation. This could be a combination or stand-alone technique like: foiling, foliage, air-touch highlights or hand-painted balayage. Starting with a thorough hair assessment, we’ll customize the service to meet your specific needs. Whether you require a fresh gloss, precise toner, or a total color transformation, we’ll collaborate to find inspiration and use tailored techniques to achieve your desired look.

Highlighting
(For Existing Clients Only)
Highlighting and Lowlighting Service is a perfect follow-up for clients who have previously experienced Katie’s Customized Blonding Service. This secondary service allows you to refresh your look by alternating between full, partial, and express highlights based on your needs. We begin with a personalized hair assessment to tailor the service to your specific goals. A thorough application of highlights or lowlights is followed by a gloss or toner to perfect your shade and ensure a seamless blend.
This service is available exclusively to returning clients, with pricing determined by hair length, density, and the amount of product used. If you’ve received the Customized Blonding Service from Katie, she can provide an estimate on timing and cost by communicating directly with the salon.
Below are standard prices for highlighting services based on average hair density and length.

Express Highlighting
This quick service is designed to refresh your look with minimal commitment. It includes up to 20 foils focused on the part line and hairline, adding brightness to the most visible areas of your hair. Express Highlighting is perfect for clients who want to brighten up their look between full services while helping the undercarriage grow and saving on cost. It offers a subtle update with less time and expense. A haircut/trim is included in all highlighting services.
Express highlight/lowlight + optional included trim- $320 (2 hours)
Partial Highlighting
Partial Highlighting is a more extensive service compared to Express, covering the top half of the head, including the crown, sides, and part line. This technique is ideal for adding depth and dimension while maintaining natural color underneath. It helps promote the growth of the undercarriage while offering a cost-effective solution for maintaining a bright, dimensional look. This option is perfect for clients who prefer a lower-maintenance routine without a full highlight commitment. A haircut/trim is included in all highlighting services.
Partial highlight/lowlight + optional included trim - $420 (3-4 hours depending on density and length)
Reverse Balayage
(Going Darker/ Adding subtle dimension to existing blonde for a more natural blonde look)
Reverse balayage is a technique designed to introduce depth and contrast to your hair, using darker shades to enhance your pre-existing highlighted hair. Unlike traditional balayage, where lighter tones are painted on, reverse balayage strategically blends darker shades into lighter hair to achieve a multidimensional, natural look.
Types of Reverse Balayage:
For Blonde Hair: Subtle lowlights and darker tones are painted into sections of blonde hair to add depth. This creates a more "lived-in" blonde, giving the hair a soft transition from dark to light, while maintaining a natural, sun-kissed appearance.
For Brunette Transformations: To shift from blonde to a more dimensional brunette, we introduce deeper shades, carefully blending dark hues into your lighter hair. This transformation technique is perfect for clients looking to transition from blonde to a rich, multi-tonal brunette without losing depth or vibrancy.
The result is soft, seamless color with natural-looking transitions, whether you're enhancing your blonde or opting for a dimensional brunette makeover.

Brazilian Blowout
This treatment is perfect for anyone wanting to tame their hair curl pattern, frizz and reduce styling time. It works by creating a protective layer around each strand, which eliminates frizz, adds shine, and enhances manageability.
What to Expect:
Consultation: We’ll start with a consultation to discuss your hair type and desired results. This helps us tailor the treatment to your needs.
Application: The Brazilian Blowout formula is applied to your hair, creating a protective coating that smooths out the hair shaft and reduces frizz.
Heat Activation: Using a flat iron, the treatment is sealed into your hair, locking in the smoothness and shine.
Finishing Touches: After the treatment, we’ll rinse and style your hair, leaving it silky, shiny, and more manageable.
Duration: The results typically last 10-12 weeks, depending on your hair type and care routine. Regular maintenance helps keep your hair looking its best!
This service is ideal for those looking to streamline their hair routine and enjoy smooth, frizz-free hair every day. This will straighten 60-80% of frizz comparatively to a Keratin Smoothing Treatment that has more of a straightening component to it. You will still have a wave/curl if you have naturally curly hair when you air dry your hair.
The cost for the service is subject to change based on hair length, density, and product amount used. Every hour after 3 hours is charged at $120 per hour extra.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee subject to what is discussed in persona at your consultation and at the time of scheduling your appointment,. Our All-Over Color service is perfect for changing your hair color by 2-3 shades, whether you’re darkening up your hair or going for a new shade. We’ll chat about what you’re envisioning, apply the color from roots to ends, and make sure it’s just right. Expect vibrant, even color that’ll have you feeling amazing!
Root Touch-Up
Got some new growth or pesky grays after previously coloring your hair? Our Root Touch-Up service covers those roots seamlessly, blending them with your existing color. It’s perfect for keeping your color fresh and polished. We’ll match the new growth to your current shade, so you leave with a flawless finish.
